NORTH RIDGE MXD-USE

This mixed-use project in Accra combines retail, office, and residential functions within a fully realized, sustainable framework. Parametric design tools were used to optimize building form, daylighting, and environmental performance, while integrated BIM facilitated precise coordination among all stakeholders—architects, engineers, and contractors—throughout design and construction. Commissioned by a leading Accra-based company (currently confidential), the project exemplifies high-quality, performance-driven urban development that meets both functional and sustainability goals.
